We'd like you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you believe your goods have been delivered in error, damaged, or if a fault appears during the warranty applicable to the goods received, please contact the Slendertone Customer Careline for further help. If your problem cannot be resolved by telephone or email then we will ask you to return any affected goods to Slendertone, providing the following conditions are met:
If you have received incorrect or unwanted goods:
- E-mail us at info@slendertone.com.au or alternatively call our Customer Careline on +61 (0)2 9939 0200 or
- We will issue you with a Return Tracking (RT) reference which is required when returning incorrect or unwanted goods. Please ensure the product is clearly labelled with the RT reference and that you quote your RT reference code in all correspondence relating to this matter.
- Our Customer Careline will advise you how to return the item.
If goods are damaged or faulty:
If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears during the warranty applicable to your goods, please follow these steps:
- E-mail us at info@slendertone.com.au or alternatively call our Customer Careline on +61 (0)2 9939 0200.
- The Customer Careline will carry out troubleshooting to establish if your goods are being used correctly or if they are actually faulty. If the Slendertone Customer Careline believes your goods to be faulty or damaged they will ask you to return the goods to Slendertone.
- The Customer Careline will issue you a Return Tracking (RT) reference, which will be required when returning your damaged or faulty goods. Please ensure the product is clearly labelled with the RT reference and that you quote your RT reference code in all correspondence relating to this matter.
- Once the faulty product has been received Slendertone will either send you a replacement product, or if that product is no longer available send you a product of equivalent value
Terms and Conditions:
All goods returned to Slendertone, whether incorrect, unwanted, damaged or faulty will only be accepted according to the following terms and conditions:
- All goods must be clearly labelled with the RT number.
- All goods are the customer's responsibility until delivered to Slendertone.
- In the case of faulty Slendertone units we will only ask you to return your controller unit, for the Fortex Unit we will only ask for the battery cover and manual to be returned
- It is not our policy to refund for postage and packaging as we offer a free delivery service
