    Quite literally unbelievable.In about 2 weeks I must have lost about 1.5 inches of my waist. This gave me the added impetus to eat more healthily and also tone up a bit more too! Dont go on holiday without using one!! Use whilst watching tv or reading, and it becomes the easiest exercise there is, and as I told the girlfriend I dont like to be disturbed whilst exercising!!! The easiest way to quickly trim the gut and gain a few abs for the summer. Cant recommend it enough.
